Often painting can be overlooked on the exterior of a home, but it too can be a vital part of a home's life.  An exterior surface that's is not protected from Florida's harsh elements can begin to crack and separate from its original properties and cause more problems for a home's future. Your house becomes vulnerable to water intrusion, mold, and insects. Some things you may want to look for are; noticeable stair step cracks in the stucco, a chalk like film that covers your surface and mold in areas where water concentration is abundant.
Cusano Construction offers a 3-step process to help you solve these problems and give your home that beautiful long lasting look it deserves. Your home is thoroughly cleaned with bleach including aluminum soffit and fascia, All cracks and blemishes in stucco are caulked and or patched with Scotts Elastomeric Plastiflex . A 2 coat paint process, 1 coat Scotts Aqua Seal half tint to your choice of color, 1 top coat of Scotts Ultra 420 Satin full strength color( Mold Resistant). All porch ceilings are 2 coated with Ultra 420 pearl(standard).
All exterior doors are sprayed with Scotts All Grip #435 Semi Gloss. All exterior walls are rolled and not sprayed. For more information please refer to our product brands page and our Scott paint link.
