Scope of Work: Demolished an existing 2 - Car Garage Added an addition of approximatley 2,100 sqft of living and storage space. The Roberts and Cusano Construction chose to add on to the existing kitchen with an open vaulted game room, half bath, laundry room, and a 3 - car garage. Special features in the laundry room consisted of large amounts of cabinetry and granite counter tops. Vaulted ceilings were installed in the game room, along with custom hand crafted poplar baseboard, window and door trim. All windows are PeachTree Hurricane Impact Resistant, Green Aluminum Clad, Double Hung with Painted Pine Frames. Garage consists of Cementious Sand Finish Walls and a 2 coat epoxy finished floor. Exterior of additon is Hardi Board Lap Siding along with St Louis Recall Red Brick to match existing exterior. New Hardi Board siding was added to existing block walls to compliment the addition.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Cusano Construction Company.  We had a major addition to our 1950’s home; laundry, bath, game room and 3 car garage.  They were honest, dependable, hands-on, and always kept us informed throughout the job.  Cusano’s were recommended to us, and we have since confidently recommended them to others looking for contractors.  It was a pleasure to deal with a contractor with such integrity.
